Shipping and Returns



Free deliveries to the mainland UK addresses will be shipped using a 1 to 3 working day service, except Bank Holidays or during periods that the office is closed, which will be notified on the website. Next day delivery services are available for an additional fee and must be ordered before 1pm. Next day covers most mainland UK destinations and the service will appear when you input your postcode during checkout. If we offer a guaranteed Saturday delivery, this will show as an option on the checkout page after you have entered the postcode of the delivery address. If the next day service does not appear, then it is not available for your location. If the Saturday delivery option does not appear, then it is not guaranteed that your order will be delivered on Saturday if it is ordered before 1pm Friday. Deliveries to UK Islands may have an additional cost and the delivery times will be between 1 to 5 working days.

If items are out of stock, it will be stated on the product page. If items in your order are out of stock due to a stocking error, we will advise you by email or telephone and inform you of the estimated time that the items will be in stock. We will also offer like for like replacement if there is such an item available, or a refund.

A tracking number or link will be sent by the courier via the email and/or mobile phone number specified during checkout so that you can track the progress of your delivery.

The cost of shipping and shipping options are  clearly displayed on the Checkout page. Shipping costs are non refundable unless we have sent a different product to the product that was ordered or if there is a proven fault with the product.


We use more than one courier. The courier we use to send your order will depend on the location and the time of delivery. The couriers we use for most of our orders are DPD and Royal Mail. The courier will send a delivery notification to the email address you provide us with prior to delivery. If there is a courier that you do not want us to use, or if there is a problem with the courier delivering your order, please contact us. Please be aware that we will try and accomodate using a courier that you request, but there may be an additional cost and the delivery times may be longer.


We ship to the countries available on the Country list, which is available when you input your address details during checkout. This includes countries in the U.S, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australasia. Shipping charges will be calculated during Checkout.

We can ship to all EU countries (except Bulgaria and Monaco) using Delivery Duty Paid Incoterms (DDP). This means that when you pay for your order during Checkout, you will also pay for the taxes (at your local tax rate) and those taxes are paid to the courier when we arrange the delivery of your order. The courier will then pay the taxes to customs. Payment of the taxes in advance speeds up the delivery time of the parcel and it means that you will not have to pay taxes to customs before receiving your order. 

If you are purchasing our Goods as a business, you will need to input your company name and a valid VAT number in order to zero rate your order. By providing a valid VAT number, your local customs authority will charge any VAT and duties charges and you will need to pay them directly to customs before receiving your order.

For all other countries we deliver to, we will ship your order via Delivery At Place Incoterms (DAP). This means that you will need to pay the local customs charges (normally taxes, duties and clearance charges) before you receive your order. We are not responsible for these charges, so please check the customs charges that are applicable to your country. When your parcel reaches customs, they will contact you using either the telephone number or email that you provided with your order so that you can make payment of the charges directly to them.


In the event of accepting an order for delivery from outside of the United Kingdom, you will need to pay import duties or other taxes unless the goods are shipped by DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) Incoterms. If the customs charges are not paid, for whatever reason, and the goods are returned to us, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

We will deliver the Goods, to your stated Delivery address or an alternative address by the time or within the agreed period or, failing any agreement, without undue delay and, in any event, not more than 7 days after the day on which payment was received. You must contact us before 14 days of your order if you have not received your goods, otherwise you may not be entitled to a refund.

The Goods will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery or customer collection. You must, if reasonably practicable, examine the Goods before accepting them or report any discrepancies within 3 working days of receiving the goods.

We have a 14 day returns policy should you decide that you no longer require the items you purchased from us. 

You can withdraw your order by telling us before the Goods are sent to you, if you simply wish to change your mind and without giving us a reason, and without incurring any liability. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order. You can cancel your order using the enquiry form on our website If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay.

All items must be returned to us undamaged. In some circumstances, we may have to charge a shipping fee, if an item is returned and replacement items are subsequently ordered. Please take the appropriate steps beforehand to ensure that the item is suitable for use with your vehicle.

We will contact you with the instructions for returning your order to us. In purchasing your items you agree that you, the buyer, are responsible for returning the item and to pay any postage fees. Items that are returned must include postage that requires the recipient to sign for the item as proof of delivery. Please provide us with tracking information in case there are issues with delivery of the item. We cannot be held responsible for any items if they are sent without such proof and subsequently do not arrive. Once the items have arrived with us and meet the requirement of being undamaged, a refund will be issued. Any goods returned to us in a damaged condition will either be returned to you or, at our discretion, a partial refund of the cost of the goods will be offered, dependent on the condition of the item.


We can exchange your item within 30 days if your product is unused and undamaged. Please contact us so that we can arrange for your product to be exchanged.
