Chevrolet Volt Charging Cables
The Chevrolet Volt charger is the SAE J1772 Type 1 to Type 2 EV charging cable (for charging from a public charging station or home / office charging unit) and the Mode 2 Type 1 EVSE portable (granny) charger for charging using an industrial or domestic socket. The Chevrolet Volt has a Type 1 socket that is compatible with our Type 1 single-phase, up to 7.4kw, charging cable and can therefore be charged using the 16A and 32A fast charging cables.
